In case you made your payment by bank deposit, we will refund your money immediately.
In order to accept the return / replacement, the products must be in excellent condition, unused and in their original packaging. Also, the receipt and the brand card or any accompanying packaging with which they were sent are necessary.
The return package must contain the products in their original packaging and be packaged in such a way as not to damage the product or its packaging. Shipping costs on returns or replacements are borne by the buyer.
In case you want to replace a product, we will send you the new product immediately upon receipt of the return. It is good to know that the return process from LadyFox takes 1-3 working days, as all returned products go through quality control.
The same procedure applies in case of return (and not replacement) of a product. Once we receive the product, we complete the quality control and then proceed with the refund. Refunds are made by Bank Deposit to an account that you indicate to us.
Costs in returns
If you receive your order, with a defective product, we undertake to replace it immediately and without any charge!
